Starry Mocha Cake

Mocha Cake: (This cake is for my dear Grandmother, I miss her a lot. I wish she was here to taste this cake. I know she would have loved it; she loved coffee)....So this is a rich, moist chocolate cake with a coffee cream center, frosted with a mocha cream and topped with a generous amount of chocolate curls. To add some dazzle there are little stars sprinkled on top. Fun! Hope you like it :)

Hungry?'s new packaging and the new cake! :)

Chocolate Chocolate Cake (Sabu Cake): Moist dark chocolate cake with a thick layer of fudge and chocolate ganache on the top :). This cake is named after my best friend Sabina, for all those nights I got her on a sugar rush after eating chocolate cake; For all our 'scrub away' parties and for all the love we share. She is one of the most amazing people to walk this earth and I would be so lost without her because no one can really tolerate a girl singing 'like a rolling stone,' out loud,  while trying to cross a busy road. Love you Macheee Kuttiee :)

Diwali Time! :)

Okay so Diwali is around the corner and Hungry? is doing cookies this season! We got some really cool packaging too. We are doing a variety of flavors for Diwali; these include:
Gingerbread Cookies
Butter Cookies
Melting Moments
Lemon finger cookies (with lemon filling sandwiched between two cookies)
Almond Biscotti
Pretty vanilla butter cookies (they have a lovely glaze on them)
Chocolate chip
Snicker doodles (cinnamon cookies)
Scottish Shortbread cookies.

So, this is my Diwali gift for our little company. Every penny counts and I think this is a super yummy investment. Its one of those plastic baggie sealers. I kinda went a little crazy with it this morning, sealing everything I possibly can. It's the most exciting thing ever! haha That says a lot about myself. Sigh!

Mana Cupcakes!

So hey New flavor of cupcakes are out! My friend Mana once told me about Lindt Chili Chocolates and I have been addicted ever since! She suggested that I try making chili chocolate cupcakes one day and they became a massive hit. This is my chili chocolate with a twist and I am naming it after my lovely friend Mana.. (her name also happens to mean 'food from heaven.' Perfect!) Mana is not a very "frosting" person but she tried the cupcake and said that she loved it nonetheless... I hope you like it too.

New cake!! :D

 So TADAaaaaaa!! This is my new cake flavor that has now become a super hit! It was an order for a birthday cake that was supposed to be fruity but not the usual pineapple and cream cake. So I came up with my new cake flavor, here it is, a Butter Sponge Cake with Raspberry Fudge and Buttercream frosting! So when are you ordering yours??  And hey!! While you're at it why don't you grab a cake in a jar. This is a chocolate and cream jar. Its super fun and totally delicious!

Butterflies and Stars
