The season to be Jolly

OOOOOoooooh My favorite time of the year is here already! Can't believe time has gone by so fast. It's just such a beautiful time; a time of new beginnings, love and most of all yumminess! So this is the first of my new line of Christmas cakes. This one is a chocolate cake with gingerbread spiced cream layers and chocolate ganache! Totally delicious! The cake covered in flowers is a vanilla butter sponge with a chewy toffee  center :) Fun! Hope you like it!!
