I miss tiffin boxes. I miss waiting for lunch time just to eat what Amma has packed for me. I miss not waiting for lunch, just gobbling up everything in between classes. The other day Amma had made us something she used to always pack in my not so little, tiffin box; she made her famous burgers! Since Dee and Prasad were coming over tonight for dinner, I decided to make some lamb burgers. Its different from Amma's but I hope it's as good. I made a quick test round just now. I am in a bit of a rush as I am running a little late and I need to zoom off to the gym now. Before I head out though, I have to tell you about this great breakfast idea- A breakfast parfait of sorts; Strawberry preserve, yogurt and oat bites! Yummy!
I also had a found my all time favorite juice pack. I used to drink pack after pack of this in Lagos. It reminded me of kindergarten. Perfect summer drink!
This post is starting to sound terribly confusing due to my need to rush out. So I am going to try wrap things up here.
Well,If you are a lover of lamb burgers, you know I am talking about you, you know who you are... You sit by Ice and Spice on a crowded day just waiting to sink your teeth into a succulent piece of meat, you get jealous by the thought of someone else enjoying a juicy burger .... Well I don't know if mine lives up to the hype, but I think it might come close. So here it is, Lamb Burgers!
