I absolutely love sandwiches. People underestimate the potential of a sandwich sometimes. Its great to use up left overs, for a quick snack, a light lunch, a heavy lunch, a Sunday breakfast or a Wednesday breakfast, maybe even a Tuesday breakfast. Okay, so I made my point; you can eat sandwiches anytime and anywhere! Today, I made some sandwiches for lunch. It was a quick Swiss cheese and turkey slices on toasted pumpernickel bread. I added some salsa and Dijon mustard because I believe sandwiches taste better with some zing. I made a strawberry, lettuce salad with some raspberry vinaigrette, balsamic vinaigrette and a little bit of nuts for crunch. I think they went well together. That was lunch! Done!
